Lindsey joined Frontier Insurance Solutions in October of 2016. She focuses on providing home, auto, umbrella, and renters insurance for her clients and is an important part of the team. Lindsey began her career as a customer service representative and has since moved into retention management. As a personal lines agent, she has in-depth knowledge in handling all aspects of the personal insurance world and finding her clients the right coverage for their needs. Lindsey is also committed to serving her community and is involved with non-profit organizations. When not at work, Lindsey enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the beach, going on long drives around town, going camping, and going out to dinner with her husband and three boys.

Charissa Worm
Customer Service Agent

Charissa was born and raised in Billings, is a mother of two, and recently married. She’s been with Frontier Insurance Solutions since 2018 and loves the opportunity to help clients and looks forward to the chance every day. Charissa has a love of dancing and photography as well as fishing and camping with her family.

Pam Castle

I was born in California. Moved often as my dad was in the Navy for 20 years. Moved to Billings in 1977 and graduated west High in 1980. I spent 6 years as a Navy Corpsman. I have 2 wonderful daughters and 2 even more wonderful grandsons. I love to crochet, go camping, and fishing. (I don’t eat fish though). I am a new addition to Frontier and the Insurance Industry. I am truly excited for this new chapter in my life.

Alisa Graham
Customer Service Agent

Joining the Frontier Insurance Solutions team in 2020 is Alisa Graham. Alisa is our newest licensed property and casualty agent. For the last 25 years she has been providing DSPD services as a Regional Program Manager in Utah. The skill to listening and provide what people need, working with a wide range of folks, and dedication to quality serves gives her a strong foundation as an up and coming agent. Alisa made her home in Utah after moving there in 1993 to attend University of Utah and Weber State Collage. Aside from her position as an RPM, she also spent several years working for Special Olympics Utah. She is your Utah Frontier Insurance Solution Agent and looks forward to meeting you!

Jose Bustos
Personal Lines Agent

Jose has been licensed since 2002 and specializes in life, health, property, casualty, and surety insurance. He is retired military and a Vietnam Veteran. He has coached amateur boxing for 14 years and still helps out with the Billings Elite Amateur Boxing Team. Jose has been married to his beautiful wife, Zee, for what seems like a lifetime. She recently retired from the Bureau of Reclamation. They both love the outdoors and enjoy fishing at the river.
