One company.
Deeply local.
Your Policy is one company. We maintain a local presence in each community, often keeping the original agency name on the door. Our home office handles the backend so the people in our offices can focus on what matters most: their clients and neighbors.
Modernize the insurance industry by helping people find the right insurance with less hassle and more happiness.

Four principles. No exceptions.
These aren't a poster on a wall. They're how we hire, how we coach, and how we decide what's worth doing.
People Come First
Every decision starts with the people on the other end — clients, teammates, partners. If a process is good for the company but bad for the people, the process loses.
Do What You Love
The best work happens when people are doing the work they're built for. We hire for fit, coach for growth, and clear out the noise that gets in your way.
Balance Is Key
Careers are long. Burning people out is a strategy that loses every time. We protect the time that makes the rest of the time matter — family, rest, life outside of work.
Always Deliver What You Promise
Insurance is a promise. Our job is keeping it. If we said we'd do it, we do it — for clients, for partners, for each other.
What working here actually looks like.
Less corporate-speak, more straight talk about the day-to-day.
Deep client relationships at the center of the work.
Our offices serve their communities directly. You'll know your clients by name — and they'll know yours. Every system and process we have is built to protect that relationship.
Small teams, big company resources.
You'll work in a tight office team that knows each other and the community. Behind that team is a home office handling tech, carriers, ops, and accounting — so the field can stay focused.
Modern systems. Less paperwork.
We invest in the tools that take friction out of the work — modern AMS, data platforms, and carrier integrations — so you spend more time on clients and less time on admin.
Career paths in plural, not singular.
Producer, account manager, service, leadership, specialty lines, benefits. With offices across the country, paths exist in multiple directions — not just one ladder up.
Local roots. National backing.
Each office keeps its own personality and community ties. You're not absorbed into a corporate template — you're supported in being good at what you already do.
Hire for fit. Coach for growth.
We hire people we'd want as neighbors and as teammates. Skills can be taught — values can't. We invest heavily in the people we bring in.
How we take care of our team.
We sell employee benefits for a living — so we know what good looks like.
Health, Dental & Vision
Comprehensive medical coverage, employer-contributed premiums, and the dental and vision plans we'd recommend to clients.

Retirement plan avaliable — because long-term thinking matters.
Generous PTO
Paid time off, paid holidays, and the cultural permission to actually use them.
CE & Licensing Support
We pay for continuing education, license renewals, and designations that grow your career — CIC, CISR, CPCU, and more.
Life & Disability
Employer-paid life insurance and disability coverage — protection for the people who depend on you.
Hybrid & Flexible Schedules
Many roles support flexible or hybrid arrangements. We trust people to work in the way that lets them do their best work.
Career Development
Mentorship, internal mobility, leadership training, and clear paths forward — wherever forward means for you.
Performance Bonuses
Production-based bonuses for sales roles and performance recognition across the company. When the company wins, you win.

Don't see the right role?
We're growing across the country, and the right person matters more to us than the open seat. Tell us who you are and what you'd want to do — we'll keep your information on file and reach out when something fits.
Send Us Your ResumeFor most producer and account manager roles, yes — or you'll need to obtain one shortly after starting. We support license preparation and pay for licensing exams. Some service, operations, and support roles do not require a license.
Many roles offer flexibility. Field-facing roles in our community offices are typically in-office because relationships with local clients are central to the work. Operations, technology, and certain corporate roles are often remote or hybrid. Each posting will specify.
Start by applying through our careers portal — your application goes directly to our HR team and the hiring manager for the role. From there: an initial conversation with our team, a deeper interview with the hiring manager, and a final conversation with the team you'd be joining. We move quickly and will never leave you guessing about where things stand.
It depends on the role. We hire across all experience levels — from entry-level CSR positions to senior producer and leadership roles. We care more about fit with our values, willingness to learn, and how someone treats people than we do about a specific number of years on a resume.
Because we operate as one company across many offices, career growth can move in multiple directions — deeper expertise in your line of business, leadership in your office, specialty roles, or a move to another office or region entirely. We post internally first whenever possible.
Yes. We have entry-level CSR, account assistant, and operations roles well-suited to recent graduates or career changers. Insurance is a fantastic long-term career, and we invest heavily in training people who are new to the industry.
Let's build the modern insurance experience together.
If our mission and values resonate with you, we want to hear from you — whether or not the perfect role is posted today.
