YourPolicy has completed the acquisition of Meridian Insurance Group, a Belton, Missouri-based agency specializing in employee benefits, Medicare, and individual life and health insurance solutions. The transaction closed June 1, 2025, marking a significant expansion of YourPolicy‘s benefits brokerage capabilities in the Midwest.
Led by Dave Clark, Meridian Insurance Group has built a strong reputation in Missouri and surrounding markets for delivering high-touch, relationship-driven service to both individuals and business clients.
