Ryan has been instrumental in working with the Workforce clients to measurably, predictably and repeatable reduce the severity, frequency and unit cost of their health insurance claims. From 2004 to 2012 Mr. Williams coached and managed a national, top 10 performing, sales team for a Fortune 200 insurance carrier. Stepping out of his management role in 2012 Mr. Williams co-founded Workforce Consultants where he acts as President and continues to be hands on in the sales, growth and innovation of the company. His knowledge and insight is critical in the success of the Workforce clientele. He has consistently completed client projects that result in significant reductions in client’s non-cash compensation, compliance and employee engagement.

Stephanie Phillips

Stephanie has over 20 years of experience in the industry, working with carriers, CEOs, CFOs, and Human Resources Professionals to develop long-term strategic direction for their employee benefit plans. As a consultant, Stephanie is responsible for overall relationship management and resource coordination.

She collaborates with clients, carriers, and Workforce team to develop a customized strategic plans that lower claims cost and exposure without compromising benefit.

From 2009 to 2012, Mr. Adams has held various sales and leadership positions inside a Fortune 500 insurance carrier. In late 2012 he co-founded and has continued to operate Workforce Consultants, a retail employee benefits agency and payroll provider. He has since led the growth of Workforce with insurance and software clients.
