ELECTRONIC RECORD AND SIGNATURE DISCLOSURE

Your PolicyInterests, LLC (collectively, “TGS” or “we”) strives to effectively and conveniently serve its customers (“you”).  From time to time, we may be required by law, or choose to, provide to you certain written notices or disclosures.  By “accepting” the ESRD terms, you are agreeing that you have read and understand these terms, and that you want to conduct business with Your Policy using electronic communications, to receive notices and disclosures electronically, and to use electronic signatures to make legally binding contracts.  You are voluntarily electing to conduct matters electronically; if you prefer not to do so, you can receive paper copies as described below.

Please read the information below carefully and thoroughly, and click “accept” to show your agreement to use this process or “reject” if you want to opt-out and use paper.

Access to the Electronic Documents

Your Policy understands that even if you want to receive documents electronically, you need to be able to read, access, print and send them so that you can effectively process and retain the documents.  The Your Policy system allows you to view, download, print, and share (to another email address) any document sent electronically.  See the system requirements set out below.  By clicking “accept”, you are confirming in particular that (i) that you are able to print on paper or electronically save this ERSD for your future reference and access; or (ii) that you are able to email this ERSD to an email address where you will be able to print on paper or save it for your future reference and access.

Validity of Electronically Signed or Delivered Documents

You understand that by accepting the ESRD, you are (i) agreeing that any electronically signed document is legally valid and enforceable, just as if you had signed it manually on paper and (ii) agreeing to receive electronically any notices and disclosures required under applicable law.  You may withdraw your consent at any time.

Scope of Consent

You agree to receive electronic notices, disclosures, and electronic signature documents with all related and identified documents and disclosures provided over the course of your relationship with Your Policy.  You may at any point withdraw your consent by following the procedures described below.

Paper Copies

You can download and print documents when you receive any document.  For documents to be signed, you can download or print either before or after you electronically sign.  You will also receive notice when all parties have electronically signed the document and will be able to read and print the document.  But, also, at any time upon request, Your Policy will provide, at no charge, a paper copy of any record provided or made available electronically to you by us, including the legally binding agreements you sign electronically. You can request a paper copy by following the instructions on how to contact Your Policy below.

Withdrawing Consent

First of all, you can withhold your consent to electronic disclosures by clicking “Reject”.  But, even if you click “Accept” now (in which you are agreeing to receive notices and disclosures from Your Policy electronically), you can change your mind later and withdraw your consent so that you receive paper notices in the future.  If you want to withdraw your consent, follow the instructions on how to contact Your Policy below.

Impact of Selecting Paper Delivery

We understand if you prefer paper, but keep in mind that the paper process will take longer to complete and you will not be able to sign electronically.  It may slow the speed at which we can complete certain steps in transactions with you and delivering services to you because we will need first to send the required notices or disclosures to you in paper format, and then wait until we receive back from you your acknowledgment of your receipt of such paper notices or disclosures.

Electronic Delivery/Updating Information

Unless you “reject” the ESRD or later withdraw your consent, Your Policy will provide electronically all required notices, disclosures, authorizations, acknowledgments, and other documents that are required to be provided or made available to you during the course of our relationship with you. To update or confirm the email address we use to communicate with you, please follow the instructions on how to contact Your Policy below. Make sure and include your previous email address and your new email address.

To Contact TGS

You may contact Your Policy to update your email address, request paper copies, and withdraw your prior consent to receive notices and disclosures electronically by sending an email to sales@Your-policy.com.

Required Hardware and Software

The minimum system requirements for receiving notices electronically and completing the electronic signature process may change over time.  For the current requirements, email or text.
