Josh Kouser works as a Producer for Personal Lines Property & Casualty. He graduated from Texas Tech University in 2012 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and a minor in Business Management. Josh and his father, Eric, work with enthusiasm to make sure they are providing outstanding service to the clients of their agency and the greater Dallas Metroplex. Josh grew up in this community, graduating from Plano East Senior High. He takes great pride in working in the local community and has also earned the distinguished achievement of Eagle Scout. Jennifer Lee
Account Manager
Jennifer works as an Account Manager for Small Group and Individual Health and Personal Lines Property and Casualty, as well as Office Manager. She joined our team in 2004. Jennifer has held many positions in the Insurance industry since 1995 that have included Issue Team Specialist, Trainer, and Project Manager. She has specialized in Personal Lines Property & Casualty since 2001. In 2009 she obtained her Life & Health license. In 2010, Jennifer received the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation. Her favorite part of working in insurance is helping clients find the best possible coverage for the lowest price.

Sandra is the Commercial and Personal Lines Property and Casualty Account Manager. She joined our team is 2008. She has worked at Independent Retail Agencies in the Dallas Fort Worth area since 1983, and has extensive experience with liability coverage for Contractors.
