A lifelong Billings resident, Charissa Brownfield has been part of the Frontier Insurance Solutions team since 2018. As a wife and mother of two, she understands the importance of protecting what matters most. Charissa is passionate about helping clients and finds joy in assisting them every day. Outside of work, she enjoys dancing, photography, fishing, and camping with her family, embracing the Montana outdoors and quality time together.

Pam Castle

Pam Castle moved to Billings in 1977 after a childhood spent relocating with her Navy family. A West High graduate and Navy veteran herself, she served six years as a Hospital Corpsman. Pam has been with Frontier Insurance for nearly four years and enjoys helping clients with their insurance needs. She is a proud mother and grandmother who loves crocheting, camping, fishing, and watching ghost shows. Her dedication and warmth make her a valued team member.

Lindsey Graham

Lindsey Graham brings nearly nine years of insurance experience to Frontier Insurance, where she specializes in remarketing and policy rewrites. Her client-focused approach ensures personalized coverage and exceptional service. Born and raised in Montana, Lindsey’s work is guided by the values of hard work, honesty, and community. Jeri Martinez-Kueffler

Based in Williston, ND, Jeri Martinez-Kueffler has a strong background in customer service and health insurance since 2012. She joined Frontier Insurance with newly acquired property and casualty licenses and a mission to help clients find affordable personal coverage. Jeri is an active community member, longtime softball coach, and New Hope Church attendee. A proud mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, she enjoys scrapbooking, curling, motorcycle rides, concerts, and spending time with friends.

Brianda Bustamante

Originally from the Carolinas, Brianda Bustamante moved to Williston, North Dakota in 2018 and began her insurance career with Frontier Insurance in 2023. She embraces the charm of North Dakota, especially its beautiful white winters. Known for her warm personality, Brianda enjoys helping others and building relationships. Outside the office, she loves spending time with family and friends over a good backyard cookout.

Kim Logan

Born and raised in Montana, Kim Logan began her insurance career right after high school. Along the way, she also owned a retail store, supervised in phlebotomy, and balanced life as a wife and mother. Now an empty nester, Kim enjoys the outdoors, especially hiking, gardening, and caring for her long-haired German Shepherd, Ava. When not outside, she’s likely catching up on her book collection and enjoying the slower pace of life in Big Sky Country.
