Founded and led by Victor Nevarez, a Texas Tech graduate and lifelong El Paso resident, the agency has served the community for decades. Previously a captive agent, Nevarez transitioned into independent brokerage and, with his three team members, has grown NIA into a respected regional agency. His 30-plus years of experience as a risk manager and broker span property, auto, and business insurance.
