Lindsey Graham
Remarketing Specialist

Lindsey joined Frontier Insurance Solutions in October of 2016. She focuses on providing home, auto, umbrella, and renters insurance for her clients and is an important part of the team. Lindsey began her career as a customer service representative and has since moved into retention management. As a personal lines agent, she has in-depth knowledge in handling all aspects of the personal insurance world and finding her clients the right coverage for their needs. Lindsey is also committed to serving her community and is involved with non-profit organizations. When not at work, Lindsey enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the beach, going on long drives around town, going camping, and going out to dinner with her husband and three boys.

Dan Yorgason
Customer Service Agent

 After moving from Montana 3 years ago, Dan is happy to call Williston, ND home. After first having a great experience being a client with Frontier Insurance Solutions (thanks Charissa!), when he saw a job opening, Dan jumped at the chance. Despite not having any previous insurance experience, Dan has embraced the company, industry, and community. His background is in marketing and sales and he has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah. When he’s not working, Dan enjoys playing video games with his two boys and spending time with his wife. You will often find him in the backyard grilling (even in snow, rain, or hail), and coming up with funny alternative lyrics for songs.

Donetta Jackson
Customer Service Agent

I was born in and lived in Idaho all my life, until I moved to North Dakota with my husband, Clair, in 2015. We are proud to call Williston home and are grateful to be in this beautiful area. I got my start in insurance as a Customer Service Representative with Farmers Insurance in 1997, spending nearly 20 years with them, during which time I earned my Property and Casualty Insurance License. I have now been with Frontier Insurance Solutions since 2017, and I love meeting, getting to know, and working with our clients. I believe excellent customer service is what it’s all about. When I am not at work, my greatest love is spending time with my family. I have been married for over 35 years and together we have 3 amazing children, 11 beautiful granddaughters, and 1 awesome grandson.
